Defining the Scope
CTRL Collective is a curator of shared workspaces currently based in the Los Angeles area. They cater to startups and entrepreneurs looking for a professional place from which to run their businesses. Their facilities are comfortable, clean, and conducive to productivity. They came to us to ensure their web-site kept pace with those standards. A major priority was a system for booking tours, which had previously been constrained to a simple contact form.
Entering the Collective
Our first task was migrating CTRL’s site to a WordPress platform. Anticipating continued growth in their offering of workspaces, a versatile and easy to update framework was preferable. Aside from making a competitively engaging site, the most pressing issue we faced was integrating the Calendly booking application with WordPress.
Cups of Coffee
Using the WordPress CMS we built a site with a focus on clean, organized presentation of information and functionality. We showcased each workspace with a combination of pertinent copy and full-bleed title cards with rich media assets. A scroll-through of every page could give potential members an excellent view into what makes CTRL Collective so special. And through a pop-up modal tour booking system integrated with a location specific Google calendar, site conversion was made all the more efficient. As a result, we believe CTRL will be welcoming many more to the Collective.
